I played about 6 rounds with this and have to say that it does work very well. You need to make sure you place it in more than a few positions on your putting line to give you the best interpretation of the line.
It is cheap and it works. It does slow pace of play. I was hesitant to pull it out when not amongst friends because it's technically cheating, so use it for practice rounds only.
